US L1-L2 Caribbean / Mexico / Central America Chart
Both Mexico and the US have discontinued their VFR charts for the States of Mexico i.e. CH22, CH23, etc.
We find that the best chart available for flying south of the US Border is the above chart. It lists all Airports, Airways, Intersections, etc. as well as basic airport information.
The only thing that is really missing is the topo map that reflects the elevation of the land however, airway info does list MEA and the Airport info indicates altitude so it is not hard to determine altitudes.
Both Mexico and Jeppesen do provide guide books however their cost is in the US$300 + range and expires on a regular basis. Your GPS as well as ForeFlight do a really good job of elevation concerns.
Myself, I have a US L1-L2 in the cockpit for long range planning but rely mostly on my electronic devices on my panel as well as in my flight bag.
