I have one on almost every BBP cap I use.  It is all about cross-border relationships.

This amazing is a must have tool for transferring fuel or any other liquid.  
With the special check-valve on one end, you will no longer have to suck on the hose to start the transfer.  
Stick the check-valve end into your fuel tank, give it several quick pumps, and presto, your siphon is now moving 
fuel.
